Locally owned and operated, Fitness Body & Balance offers a private, comfortable setting, with individual attention with your Personal Trainer. This is not a busy, crowded Gym. There are no contracts, monthly fees or membership fees. We are a private studio, and all clients have a scheduled appointment with their Personal Trainer.

Functional Training

Functional Training

Functional training includes balance training, stabilization training, core training and dynamic movement. Every movement the body makes originates from the core. If the core is not properly conditioned it will limit your physical abilities. Although the abdominals are an important part of your core musculature, true core training is a more integrated approach - it combines strength, balance, agility, and flexibility of the muscles that control the entire trunk and spine.

We at Fitness Body and Balance believe strongly in the importance of functional training. Our trainers use a variety of exercises and tools to incorporate functional training in to each workout. After all "fitness" is not just about how you look but how well your body functions.

Belly Dancing for Beginners

Belly Dancing for Beginners

This class is so much fun for all ages and body types - you won't even realize you're getting a great workout! You will learn basic belly dancing moves and drills, with new moves added each week.

At Fitness Body & Balance, you can choose to work out with your trainer on your own, with a friend or in a small group.

· One-On-One Personal Training ·
Your Certified Personal Trainer will develop a progressive workout program specifically geared towards your abilities and needs. We will help you lay out goals and specific steps to achieving those goals.

· Buddy Workouts ·
Exercising with a buddy is fun, motivational and a great way to get the benefits of having a personal trainer at 1/2 the cost! You still receive the benefits and attention of working with a certified personal trainer, tailoring each session to your individual needs and goals.

· Group Training ·
This is an intense workout with a small group of 3 to 5 people. This is not an aerobics class. We will utilize tools for resistance training, core balance and cardiovascular training. Each session is over seen by a Certified Personal Trainer.

 

Pole Dancing Classes

Pole Dancing Classes

Tone your body while having fun! This class is open to all women - no matter what age, shape or size! Enjoy learning a variety of dance moves and spins while getting a total body workout. Nothing comes off except your shoes!

This class is offered for ladies only.

 

Salsa Dancing Lessons

Salsa Dancing Lessons

Salsa is a lively, upbeat dance! At Fitness Body & Balance, you will learn basic Salsa steps with new moves being incorporated each week.
