Fine Fusion Cuisine

Ele Fine Fusion is a "new" restaurant in every sense of the word. We had a soft opening in May and a Grand Opening in August. We are new and fresh in style, motif, design, and cuisine. This is a sister to Tangerine and King and I but not a remake. You may think that you have seen similar menus at other fusion restaurants in the country, however, the food's taste, look, smell and quality are unrivaled. We say that with as much modesty as possible, but we know that when it comes to ingredients and culinary we cut no corners and settle for nothing less that exceptional. Our sushi menu is both extensive and exotic. We fuse nigiri and sashimi with the traditional concept of rolls and bring to you delicious sushi rolls with gorgeous ingredients inside as well as beautifully woven fish, fruit, or vegetables on the outside of the rice.

We don't stop there. Our entrees, ranging from curry drizzled lamb chops and whole flounder to Kobe steaks and Red Curry chicken are nothing short of a marriage of flavors and spices from all over the world. Salty, sweet, whole lobster, buttery, rich and velvety Kobe give the perfect surf and turf experience. Dining here is an oasis. It is a place away from Savannah, away from life, away from life; Our guests tell us that we remind them of a spa, aesthetically, and we treat our guests as they are clients in a spa, a spa for food, and drinks. Ele Tran, who the restaurant is named after, has created a magnificent array of delicious signature martinis that are not over-priced restaurant gimmicks, they are truly a part of the experience.
