Circuit Training

The circuit training workout is comprised of strength and cardio exercises that are completed one right after the other, with little or no rest in between. By alternating the strength and cardiovascular exercises, each muscle group is allowed more time to rest before it is worked again. That's why this is a highly efficient form of training!

 

Pilates

Pilates, a method of body conditioning, is a unique system of stretching and strengthening exercises developed over ninety years ago by Joseph H. Pilates. Pilates strengthens and tones muscles, improves posture, provides flexibility and balance, unites body and mind, and creates a more streamlined shape.

 

Step

An exciting cardiovascular workout incorporating choreographed patterns on a step platform. Classes are designed to accomodate the beginner to advanced levels of fitness.

A high-energy indoor cycling class set to music that simulates riding through a variety of terrains. Personalize the workout based on your fitness level and goals by adjusting the bike's tension.

Space is limited to 14 participants. Please call the front desk to reserve a bike (756-4858). Bikes may be reserved 48 hours prior to class.

 

Yoga

Yoga is an ancient philosophy of life as well as a system of exercises that encourages union of mind, body and spirit. The ultimate aim of yoga is to achieve a state of balance and harmony between mind and body.

 

Sculpting

Sculpting is designed to shape and tone the body without building you up. This class is highly recommended to those enrolled in a weight loss program because it helps retain lean muscle tissue while boosting the metabolism. Any fitness level can participate.
